I worked with Osh to sell my house in April ’15. It was my first house selling exprience, and it went very smoothly. Osh always makes sure we are compfortable and clear about every step, from the initial meeting, house preparation, advertising, house showing, and negotiations with buyers. He responded to my questions and concerns quickly and solved the problems during the process. He earned my trust and I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking for a real estate agent.

Osh was great, he worked with our schedule and helped us find our first home in Park Ridge. He was very knowledgeable about home construction and was able to help answer our many many questions. When there were a few bumps in the closing process he worked with everyone involved to keep things moving. He even helped us with a few repairs to get the new house ready for the move.

I came to Osh on the enthusiastic recommendation of a friend who was in approximately the same situation work, life, and real estate experience-wise. It was the best move I could have possibly made in my home-buying process. Osh is the full package: Smart, extremely thorough and knowledgeable, a great negotiator, able to break down confusing details and a lot of fun to be around. Also important: He’s got his feet planted on the ground and will make sure you do, too. While some agents might overly indulge impractical ideas and whims, Osh is good at keeping you focused and in reality for the end goal that everyone truly wants: A home they like at a price they can afford. Osh is great for any buyer, but especially first-time home buyers. He’s patient and is firm in shepherding you toward the right home for you. As a result of working with Osh, I got a great price on a condo I might not have otherwise considered. I enjoy it even more now than I did when I bought it, and am glad I made use of Osh’s insights and expertise in buying it. He also has referrals for knowledgable pros in the areas of lending and inspection (I feel like I had the single best inspector in Chicago as result of Osh’s connection). I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and am looking forward to recommending my friends to Osh and working with him again down the line.

He was very thorough in every visit and was perfect for my first-time home buying experience. He was extremely mindful of every property/unit we viewed, and during the pre-close/closing was very involved and accommodating. He is extremely friendly, down to earth, and a pleasure to work with. While getting know Osh more and more, I learned that he is very knowledgeable in all things home – from remodeling, construction, knowing the land etc. I would definitely recommend him and would not hesitate to contact him if I were ever looking to sell.

Osh is a ROCKSTAR! I went into the home buying process w/ ZERO knowledge. I randomly and luckily got hooked up w/Osh and couldn’t have been happier. My husband and I were introduced to Osh when we were considering purchasing a second property and renting our old condo and we were so impressed with his responsiveness and that we stuck with him through the process. He helped us price the rent on our old condo and find great tenants. We weren’t really sure what we wanted in a new place and cast a pretty wide net as far as location, so he showed us LOTS of different properties till we finally narrowed it down. Then helped us find just the right property, negotiate the details, including a great purchase price.We couldn’t be happier and will definitely use him when the time comes to sell and move on. Osh is a down-to-earth, affable and hard-working realtor whom I hired to sell my home of 19 years. We worked well together as a team to develop a strategy to assess what I needed to do (and not do) to prepare the house and to establish his role in the process (pricing, photos/UTube video, marketing, etc.). I appreciate his analytical mind, his creative ideas to envision house possibilities as well as his handyman skills for the few needed repairs. The house showed well, was priced right, sold quickly with two families interested in the property. Within that day of the sale Osh moved me to the next step toward purchasing my new home. After an intense two weeks of looking at many properties, we found my next home. All the while Osh stayed at my side through both transactions — supporting, encouraging and keeping me on track.
